Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  VB 1 SFD referred by Fire inspector, no revocation done, received a call from Fire inspector stating dwelling is vacant and owners moved out of state.  Dwelling was secured and vacant.  Owners Barbara/Rudy Henninger (deceased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of Rudolph Henninger to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 892 LAWSON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and release the property from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
