WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Dave Roeser to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1505 COMO AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension until June 1, 2014 for the chimney liner to come into compliance and grant until November 1, 2013 for the remaining items on the list; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
