Amending RES PH 18-367 by replacing Exhibit "A" with Exhibit "B".

WHEREAS, upon the petition of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and Michael Buelow ("Petitioner"), as documented in Real Estate Vacation File Number 09-2018, the public property described in resolution RES PH 18-367 was vacated by the Saint Paul City Council on December 19th, 2018, a recorded copy of which is attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the description included in Exhibit "A", as referenced in RES PH 18-367, needs to be corrected; so, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that RES PH 18-367 be amended by replacing said Exhibit "A" with Exhibit "B":; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of said RES PH 18-367 shall remain in full force and effect.
