Title

Appeal of Gomaa Elzamel to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 948 COOK AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  January 21, 2025 @ 1:30pm

Purpose of Appeal: An initial date for inspection (01/02/2025) after a hearing was provided. However we did reach out to inspector to let him know that we are unable to enter home due to tenant holdover and in the middle of legal process to evict. Aditionally, tenant is suspected under drugs and has weapons, also had requested to not enter home (felt like it was invasion of privacy). Our attorney also reached out to Inspector and left a voicemail due to the circumstance.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  January 3, 2025

Inspector/Key Staff:  Michael P Tschida
