Title

Amending the 2024 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Right of Way Permits and Inspection accounting unit 23031307 to fund the purchase of workstation arrays and office equipment needed to facilitate snow tagging buildout.

Body

WHEREAS, the Public Works Right of Way division issues paid permits for citywide businesses and entities whose obstruction or work is being done in the public right of way, and

WHEREAS, there has been a need identified to purchase workstation arrays and office equipment for the continuation of this city operation, and

WHEREAS, the workstation arrays and office equipment must be purchased from Materials and Supplies account coding, and

WHEREAS, the Public Works ROW Permit & Inspection Accounting Unit has sufficient funding in other spending line items to cover this purchase; therefore via

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of Public Works, to amend the 2024 spending budget for the reallocation of funds within the Right of Way Permits and Inspection budget. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis.
