Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, January 7, 2025, teleconference between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Not actually a vbr. Pulled rental license, but inspector could not get in due to some uncooperative tenants who are in the middle of an eviction. Inspector said to appeal this when it happens. He said he left notes for you as well.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
