Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Office of Human Resources, requests to accept donations of refreshments, door prizes, and small gift items from the City and County Credit Union for the annual employees and retiree open enrollment sessions as well as various employee recognition events, training and educational sessions and that such donations shall be deemed donations to the City in compliance of all requirements of Chapter 41 of the Administrative Code.

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Office of Human Resources, requests to accept donations of refreshments, door prizes and small gift items from the City and County Credit Union for the annual employees and retiree open enrollment sessions as well as various employee recognition events, training and educational sessions and that such donations shall be deemed donations to the City in compliance of all requirements of Chapter 41 of the Administrative Code.
