RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Inver Hills Community College to provide services for the EMS Academy; which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
