RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511 to Plaintiffs Craig R. Spelbrink and Robert R. Geistfeld and their attorneys Robert Bennett and Jeffrey S. Storms, Gaskins, Bennett, Birrell, Schupp, LLP, the total sum of ninety thousand dollars and no cents ($90,000.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 11-CV-03009 (JRT/JJK) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorney's fees regarding the July 24, 2011 incident at the parking ramp referenced in Plaintiffs' Complaint.
