WHEREAS, Dilla Sport Bar and Restaurant Inc d/b/a Dilla Sport Bar and Restaurant ("Licensee") applied for the additional license of Liquor On Sale - Extension of Food Only (No Alcohol) Service of Hours to the existing Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Entertainment (B), and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #20240000267) for the premises located at 1625 University Ave W.; and
WHEREAS, On June 1, 2026, the Licensee completed a Liquor - Extended Service Hours Application; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on June 4, 2026, with a response date of June 19, 2026; and
WHEREAS, On June 8, 2026, the Licensee signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all license conditions that are in place; and
WHEREAS, In response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the additional license; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the addition of the Liquor On Sale - Extension of Food Only (No Alcohol) Service of Hours license to the existing Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Entertainment (B), and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #20240000267) is hereby approved and issued to Dilla Sport Bar and Restaurant Inc d/b/a Dilla Sport Bar and Restaurant for the premises located at 1625 University Ave W., in Saint Paul, with the following licensing conditions:
