WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classifications of Training and Development Specialist and Training and Development Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for the Training and Development Specialist and Training and Development Coordinator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 005 and Grade 013, respectively, in Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Training and Development Specialist and Training and Development Coordinator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 005 and Grade 013, respectively, in Employee Group 06, Professional Employees Association. This classification and rate of pay is to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
