WHEREAS, Santana Food LLC d/b/a La Cucaracha (“Licensee”) applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-002597-2026) for the premises located at 36 Dale St. S.; and
WHEREAS, On August 14, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of August 29, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application for change of ownership; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the change of ownership application for the Liquor On Sale and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-002597-2026) is hereby approved and the licenses issued to Santana Food LLC d/b/a La Cucaracha for the premises located at 36 Dale St. S. with no license conditions.
