Note, VB fee was already waived for 4 months (beginning July to end of October 2013).  There are active permits from the latter half of 2013.
 
Body
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lorie Miller, Camelot Estates, LLC to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 1747 Marshall Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
