Authorizing the Police Department to amend the Takedown Pictures, LLC agreement addressing clip licenses.

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department entered into an agreement with Takedown Pictures, LLC to provide department access for their television series about specialized law enforcement units tentatively entitled "A&E Documentary Series" (RES 15-14); and

WHEREAS, the department would like to amend the agreement for revisions made addressing the clip licenses; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the council approves the amendment and Chief Thomas Smith to implement the agreement with Takedown Pictures, LLC.
