Deleting the assessment for demolition of vacant buildings in November 2009 at 756 ARKWRIGHT STREET.

WHEREAS, on March 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 10-289, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for demolition of vacant buildings in November 2009. (File No. J0909C, Assessment No. 108795); and
WHEREAS, the property at 756 ARKWRIGHT STREET, being described as: Rivoli Heights Common Area Interest In Lot 15 Blk 1 Attributable To & Lot 8 Blk 1, with the property identification number 29-29-22-33-0034 was assessed an amount of $6,498.92; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error by department staff.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $6,498.92, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-289 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
