Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1211 COMO BOULEVARD WEST in Council File RLH SAO 19-2.

Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 19-2 on February 6, 2019 which granted an extension to June 15, 2019 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1211 Como Boulevard West; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 18, 2019 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
