WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Crystal Lewandowski-Brown to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 840 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to February 15, 2017 to come into compliance with the expired tabs for the Pontiac vehicle; grant the vehicle abatement on the GMC truck and the summary abatement order as the issues have been abated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
