WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-14 on April 5, 2023 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report and to continue the $5000 performance deposit at 1006 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 10 and October 24, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated and Certificate of Code Compliance was issued on November 20, 2023, but recommends the Council grant to November 1, 2023 to get a Certificate of Code Compliance; and if no code compliance certificate issued, continue public hearing to November 8, 2023; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and matter is resolved continues the public hearing to November 15 8, 2023 ; pending issuance of the code compliance certificate by November 1, 2023.
