WHEREAS, Bear Down Holdings LLC d/b/a The Victorian applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Entertainment (A) and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000644-2026) for the premises located at 859 Thomas Ave.; and
WHEREAS, On June 9, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of June 24, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the change of ownership license application; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license application; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the change of ownership application for the Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Entertainment (A), and Gambling Location licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000644-2026) is hereby approved and the license issued to Bear Down Holdings LLC d/b/a The Victorian for the premises located at 859 Thomas Ave. with no license conditions.
