WHEREAS, Council File No. 86-1124 and No. 98-669 established Residential Permit Parking on behalf of the residents residing in the University of St. Thomas College area in accordance with Chapter 168 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code with current signs posted for No Parking, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Except by Permit, Area 22, and
WHEREAS, the abutting property owners have submitted a valid petition to expand residential permit parking on the south side of Grand Avenue from 155 to 275 feet west of Cleveland Avenue South in front of 2076, 2080 and 2084 Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff has investigated the basis for the petition to expand Area 22, and concluded and recommended adoption of the requested changes; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the following parking regulations shall be in effect in the residential area near the University of St Thomas:
Except by Permit or unless otherwise posted, No Parking, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday, Area 22 on the following street:
South side of Grand Avenue from 155 to 275 feet west of Cleveland Avenue South in front of 2076, 2080 and 2084 Grand Avenue; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that these parking regulations shall be in effect and enforced 30 days after City Council approval or as soon thereafter as signs are erected.
