RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the classification of Communication Equipment Installer (formerly Communication Technician Helper) be changed from that set forth in Grade 13U to that set forth in Grade 16U of Employee Group 05, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Salary Schedule, and be it  

FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
