WHEREAS, on February 12, 2024, Group Health Inc d/b/a Group Health Inc (License ID 20240000353) applied for a Parking Ramp (Private) - New Location license for the premises located at 401 Phalen Blvd, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on April 17, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of May 2, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the April 17, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Parking Ramp (Private) - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Parking Ramp (Private) - New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Group Health Inc d/b/a Group Health (License ID 20240000353) for the premises located at 401 Phalen Blvd, in Saint Paul with no existing licensing conditions.
