RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby appoint, upon request of the City Attorney and for the purpose of providing advice and counsel to the City of Saint Paul, Campbell Knutson, under the direction of Corrine A. Heine, as special counsel for the purpose of providing advice and counsel to Saint Paul Regional Water Services on operational matters and preventing an impermissible conflict of interest on the part of the City Attorney, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the compensation to be paid for the services of said special counsel shall not exceed $255 per hour, shall take into account the factors listed in Rule 1.5 of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and shall be in accordance with the Master Retainer Agreement between Campbell Knutson, and the City of Saint Paul.
