Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have called Waste Mgmt several times when i received a Periodic Notice of Non Payment from them. Each time I called someone was going to look into it and cakk me back. Never got that cakk so I'd call back agin. Then In Aug 2019 I spoke with somone at WM who asked me to email her a copy of the receipt to Ken Berquist and Sons so I did. Still no call back. Now i get a n otice of a lien on my house. I did go into WM and pay the bill anyway but I shouldn't hve to pay it twice. I have attached a copy of the bill from Ken Berquist and my proof of payment.
Staff Comments: According to the information provided by the resident, the payment was made during the 1st quarter and would not be applied to the 2nd quarter. The property owner is responsible for paying the outstanding charge, as garbage service was provided from April through June 2019, the property is currently assisgned 1 95-gallon Large cart. Staff recommends approving assessment.
