Title

Changing the rate of pay for the classifications of Labor Relations Specialist I and II, in EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classifications of Labor Relations Specialist I and Labor Relations Specialist II of Employee Group 17, Non-Represented City Managers; and

 

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Labor Relations Specialist I and Labor Relations Specialist II be changed from the rates set forth in Grade 014 and Grade 019, to the rates set forth in Grades 017 and Grade 024, respectively; now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the classifications of Labor Relations Specialist I and Labor Relations Specialist II be set forth in Grade 017 and Grade 024, respectively, of EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
