Body

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the Minnesota State Agricultural Society to lease portions of the fairgrounds described in Exhibit A of the lease agreement which includes the portions of building #542 in Block 54 and Parking lots in Blocks 53 and 40.  This lease agreement includes lease renewal term options, with written notice, through April 15, 2016.
