Approving the final plat for Townhomes of Hillcrest Heights.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Port Authority, in File No. 24-036-650, has submitted for City Council approval the attached final plat for subdivision of 6.08 acres of property at the northeast corner of Ivy Avenue East and Winthrop Street/Orange Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the plat and found, subject to the recommended conditions, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, having held a duly noticed public hearing, approved a preliminary plat for this site on April 17, 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached final plat for Townhomes of Hillcrest Heights, subject to the following conditions:
1. A more specific easement description to accommodate public sewer within the drainage and utility easement shown on the Outlots of this final plat is to be completed and recorded within six months of the final plat being recorded.
2. The applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Final Plat with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
