Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during August 17 to 31, 2020. (File No. J2106A, Assessment No. 218505)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-1335 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of August 17 to August 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 3, 2021 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 20-708: 37 Atwater Street;
RLH TA 21-71: 1155 Margaret Street (Legislative Hearing February 2, 2021)
RLH TA 20-680: 901 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 20-659: 663 Third Street East;
RLH TA 21-XX: delete 1314 Fourth Street East for separate consideration to Legislative Hearing on February 16, 2021 at 9 AM; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
