Be it resolved, that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10023200-74205 to Emily Trudeau the amount of twenty-six thousand six hundred twenty-five dollars ($26,625.00) in full and final settlement of their liability damage stemming from an auto accident on or about October 1, 2025 in Saint Paul, MN.
