WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tamer Azzazi, T & M Properties, to a Notice of Condemnation-Unfit for Human Habitation-Order to Vacate at 722 Sixth Street East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal, but waive the Vacant Building fee for 90 days to March 5, 2025; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
