WHEREAS, on April 15, 2024, Pauly’s of DSP LLC d/b/a Pauly’s Rooftop Lowertown (License ID #20240000741) applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale-101-180 seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Entertainment (A) and Gambling Location license for the premises 255 6th St E Rooftop., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on May 7, 2024, with a response date of May 22, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Liquor On Sale-101-180 seats, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, Entertainment (A) and Gambling Location licenses are hereby approved and issued to Pauly’s of DSP LLC d/b/a Pauly’s Rooftop Lowertown (License ID #20240000741) for the premises located at 255 6th St E Rooftop., in Saint Paul with the following existing licensing conditions:
1. Per City of Saint Paul Legislative Code 411.02, the definition of Entertainment A is, “Amplified or nonamplified music and/or singing by performers without limitation as to number, and group singing participated in by patrons of the establishment.” (includes karaoke). Entertainment A license does not allow for patron and/or performance dances.
2. Any outdoor activities related to the outdoor seating area shall comply with applicable State and Local rules and regulations, including but not limited to Chapter 293 Noise Regulations of the City of Saint Paul Le...
