WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job series study for the animal control function within the Department of Safety and Inspections and it was determined the new Animal Services Officer I, II, and III classifications be established; and
WHEREAS, the results of the study instruct that the rates of pay for the series be established at the rates set for in Grade 028 for Animal Services Officer I, Grade 032 for Animal Services Officer II, and Grade 035 for Animal Services Officer III of EG 01, the AFSCME Clerical group; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rates of pay for the Animal Services Officer series be established at the rate set forth in Grade 028 for Animal Services Officer I, Grade 032 for Animal Services Officer II, and Grade 035 for Animal Services Officer III of EG 01, AFSCME Clerical. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
