Purpose of Appeal:  Buyers of property plan to have CO by April 30, 2024

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Appellant's husband filed the appeal and told staff that they would like to get the fee waived before purchasing the property.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Julie Walters-Lee to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 2130 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive Vacant Building fee for 90 days to March 29, 2024 and allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
