Approving the application for a license approval for Wilder Park d/b/a Wilder Park for the Parking Ramp (Private) (License ID #20240000269) for the premises located at 1181 Edgcumbe Road.

WHEREAS, on January 16, 2024, Wilder Park d/b/a Wilder Park (License ID #20240000269) applied for a license approval to the Parking Ramp (Private) license for the premises at 1181 Edgcumbe Rd, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on August 19, 2024, with a response date of September 3, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the license application approval for the Parking Ramp (Private) license is hereby approved and issued to Wilder Park d/b/a Wilder Park (License ID #20240000269) for the premises located at 1181 Edgcumbe Rd., in Saint Paul with no existing license conditions.
