AMENDED 6/17/2026
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 26-611 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 17, 2026 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; and
WHEREAS, the assessment amount for each property will be payable in a term of 1 year, with the property taxes in 2027; unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments:
RLH TA 26-105: 877 Albemarle Street;
RLH TA 26-133: 1397 Hewitt Avenue;
RLH TA 26-106: 39 Magnolia Avenue East; and
RLH TA 26-XXX: 790 Rose Avenue East; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
