WHEREAS, on July 10, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 19-23, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate and Vacant Building Registration Notice at 2209 Glenridge Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council grant an extension to July 26, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated and grant the appeal on the Vacant Building Registration; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension to September 5, 2019; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to September 5, 2019.
