Making finding on the appeal of Thomas Meier to a nuisance abatement ordered for 4 EDGCUMBE PLACE in Council File RLH SAO 26-87.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-87 on October 7, 2026 which granted an extension to October 30, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions at 4 Edgcumbe Place; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 3, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions (rocks on public right-a-way) and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter resolved.
