Authorizing the Police Department to purchase food and beverages for the 2016-1 Recruit Academy Graduation Night.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department is conducting the 2016-1 Recruit Academy Graduation Night; and
WHEREAS, the 2016-1 Recruit Academy Graduation will be held on December 15, 2016 at Harding High School, 1540 6th St E, in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this purpose, the 2016-1 Recruit Academy Graduation Night is to allow family members, members of the public, city administrators and the graduates to have refreshments in appreciation for their attendance to the graduation ceremony; and
THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that pursuant to the 2016 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to remit an amount not to exceed $420.00 to Cub Foods, 1440 University Ave W St Paul, MN 55104 to cover expenses for food, water, soda and miscellaneous serving items for the above mentioned Saint Paul Police Department Recruit Academy Training.
