Purpose of Appeal: We have a 3 cars. I'm the only driver. I have not had time to get tabs yet. The kids in the neighborhood keep letting the air out of my tires. That is why the vehicle appears undriveable. When my husband brought the house, City of St. Paul said the surface is fine. (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lisa Okoi to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 598 LAFOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to December 1, 2020 for compliance and DSI will reissue the order with that deadline and citing the correct violations; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
