WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job study for the classification of Sewer Pumping Station Operator; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for Sewer Pumping Station Operator be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 10U to the rate set forth in Grade 12U, in Employee Group 12, Operating Engineers, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Sewer Pumping Station Operator be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 10U to the rate set forth in Grade 12U, in Employee Group 12, Operating Engineers. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution and be retroactive to April 6, 2024.
