Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services provided in June 2012. (File No. CRT1211, Assessment No. 128214)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1365 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees from the month of June 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 3, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered seperately:
RLH TA 12-480 - 971 Case Avenue;
RLH TA 12-462 - 809 Fuller Avenue;
RLH TA 12-467 - 741 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-461 - 1190 University Avenue West; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
