Purpose of Appeal:  Home was rented to Evergreen Recovery and we have been in the eviction process. We now have possession of the home and care start making the necessary repairs to this property in good condition.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ozzy Zahran, O.I.G. Holdings LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 658 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and requiring a code compliance inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
