Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during February 3 to 14, 2020. (File No. J2017A, Assessment No. 208529)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 20-610 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of February 3 to February 14, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 8, 2020 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 21-78: 1696 Bohland Avenue;
RLH TA 20-315: 919 Clear Avenue;
RLH TA 20-320: 969 Juno Avenue;
RLH TA 20-317: 661 Kent Street;
RLH TA 20-329: 160 Larpenteur Avenue West (1675 Rice Street-Giant Wash Laundry);
RLH TA 20-321: 1180 Minnehaha Avenue East;
RLH TA 20-322: 0 University Avenue West;
RLH TA 21-133: 31 Winter Street; public hearing continued to March 24, 2021;
RLH TA 20-332: 1832 York Avenue
RLH TA 21-XXX: 553 Van Buren Avenue; delete for Legislative Hearing on April 6, 2021 @ 10 am; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
