Title
Appeal of James Sundberg to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1055 LAUREL AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, January 4, 2022, teleconference between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal:
I am appealing #3 on Fire Inspection Correction Notice dated November 16, 2021 regarding a kitchen sink.
Since my purchase in 2003, this 2 room efficiency apartment has always passed as is and has not been altered. I have had only 3 residents during these past 18 years and all 3 have accepted this apartment without a kitchen sink.
Also enclosed is the prior correction list from 2015 without this current issue.
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: November 16, 2021
Inspector/Key Staff: Kirsten Jacobse
Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: November 16 notice indicates that a re-inspection would be done on December 20; however, the inspector did not do a re-inspection because the appellant had filed an appeal. Appeal was just received today (12/27/21). Legislative Hearing Officer gave staff permission to accept this appeal.
