Amending the 2024 spending budget in the Public Works General Fund to align the costs in spending for the Rondo Renaming Project.

WHEREAS, RES 23-1971 and RES 24-209 were approved to rename portions of Concordia and St Anthony to Rondo Avenue.
WHEREAS, the 2024 budget included $13,000 for costs of mailing, communication and reimbursement for the Rondo Renaming Project
WHEREAS, the department has identified an accounting unit for tracking both budgeted and anticipated spending; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2024 budget in the Public Works General Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
