Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 412 WHITE BEAR AVENUE NORTH in Council File RLH SAO 26-25.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-25 on April 15, 2026 which granted an extension to April 20, 2026 for tabs, grant to May 1, 2026 for compliance on condition the pool is drained by end of date Friday, April 3, 2026. Separate orders to be issued by Fire Certificate of Occupancy at 412 White Bear Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on April 21, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions with the April 1, 2026 deadline were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming, pending recheck on May 4, 2026.
