Authorizing the City to Enter into a Services Agreement with Nortridge Hosting Services LLC or One of Its Affiliates (that includes an indemnification clause) for Certain Loan Servicing and Management Software.
Body
WHEREAS, the City’s Department of Planning and Economic Development conducts certain loan servicing and management; and
WHEREAS, Nortridge Hosting Services LLC or one of its affiliates (“Nortridge”) has offered to provide loan servicing and management software to the City pursuant to a Services Agreement (a form of which is attached hereto);
WHEREAS, said agreement contains an indemnification clause, which the City Council finds reasonable and appropriate; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes the appropriate city staff to enter into this agreement with Nortridge which includes an indemnification clause.
