Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO was unaware he needed to place hold when he purchased home.

Staff Comments: PO purchased home May 31, 2024 and has received two assessments for $154.47 for Quarter 2 2024 and Quarter 3 2024. He is remodeling home, and not living there. On October 31, 2024 I assisted PO with setting up a service hold to pause billing until he has finished remodel and plans to move in.
