Approving a new location application for the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO- 000739-2026) submitted by Aldossari Auto Sales LLC d/b/a Aldossari Auto Sales for the premises located at 220 Robert St. S.

WHEREAS, Aldossari Auto Sales LLC d/b/a Aldossari Auto Sales submitted a new location application for the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO- 000739-2026) for the premises located at 220 Robert St. S.; and
WHEREAS, On July 29, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of August 13, 2026; and
WHEREAS, On October 8, 2026, the Licensee signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all conditions that are in place; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to its recommended approval of the new location application for the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the new location application; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, That the new location application for the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO- 000739-2026) is hereby approved and license issued to Aldossari Auto Sales LLC d/b/a Aldossari Auto Sales for the premises located at 220 Robert St. S. with the following license conditions:
1. All for-sale vehicles must be parked in the area shown and in accordance with the approved parking plan on file with the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI).
2. All for sale vehicle parking spaces shall clearly identified with designated weather resistant signage for each individual parking space in accordance with the approved parking plan on file with DSI.
3. All for-sale vehicles shall be designated with clearly identifiable signage or other similar form of identifiable marking in the windshield of the vehicle.
4. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil or any other similar materials associated with the business. Trash will be stored in a covered dumpster. Storage of vehicle fluids, batteries, etc. shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Hazardous Waste regulations.
5. No vehicles under the control of the licensee can be parked and or stored in the public right-of-way (e.g., street, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, etc.). This includes for-sale vehicles waiting to be picked up by the customer.
6. The storage of vehicles for the purpose of salvaging parts is expressly forbidden. All vehicles parked outdoors must appear to be completely assembled with no major body parts missing. Vehicle salvage is not permitted.
7. No auto repair of vehicles may occur on the property without prior written approval from DSI.
8. Auto body repair and/or auto body spray painting is not permitted.
9. Customer vehicles may not be parked longer than ten (10) days on the premises. It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that any vehicle not claimed by its owner is removed from the lot as permitted by law.
10. Provide maneuvering space on the property to allow vehicles entering and exiting the site to proceed forward. Backing from the street or on to the street is prohibited.
11. Licensee must comply with all federal, state and local laws.
