Property was re-inspected on 1/14/14 and found 2 commercial trucks and 1 vehicle parked on vacant lot; no call from PO; inspector issued EC. On 1/28/14, inspector noted no call from PO, commercial vehicle and car gone from lot; 1 commercial vehicle left on the vacant lot w/expired tabs. Property was again inspected on 2/5/14; inspector found white commercial truck was gone and no vehicles were on the vacant lot; Forestry marked the tree with red line for removal.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Property Clean Up services during January 3 to 31, 2014. (File No. J1407A, Assessment No. 148517) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Saint Paul City Charter, said assessment is hereby ratified and payable in one installment.
